Very helpful post laying out the CSS details for your core style sheets used with Sharepoint 2007 sites and subsites. Never start to edit your .CSS directly without something like this handy reference, and always make a copy of the core and default .CSS before you make edits as backups. Also, if using Sharepoint Designer, never cut and paste code between sites as Sharepoint tends to append friendly little extras like lines and characters which may cause the master page issues when the .CSS is applied.
